Reservation Policy - All Individual reservations will be held till 3:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. Reservations will be held past 3:00 p.m. only if guaranteed with a Credit Card. Reservations not cancelled before 3:00 p.m. on scheduled day of arrival will be charged to the Credit Card it is guaranteed with. All Group reservations of three or more must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival. All Group Reservations of 10 or more rooms must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Requests for specific room numbers and/or location will try to be met, but we cannot guarantee a particular room number will be available at time of arrival. Requests for cots may be made, but we do not guarantee availability.
Types of Rooms Available - We offer beautifully decorated and spacious rooms with Two Full-size Beds, Two Queen-Size Beds, or One King-Size Bed. All Rooms are available in Non-Smoking or Smoking preferences. We also offer Deluxe Rooms, that include a Microwave, Refrigerator and Coffee-Maker, and a new two-room Executive Suite with a big screen TV and in-room whirlpool tub. (Occasionally we have Standard Rooms available upstairs without a Microwave and Refrigerator.)
Pet Policy - Sorry, we do not offer rooms that allow pets.
Meeting Rooms - Our new meeting room will seat approximately 60-70 people, and it must be reserved at least 3 days in advance. For an extra charge, we can provide coffee, soft-drinks and ice for your meeting.
Children - Children under 12 years old may stay without charge in a room with an adult. We prefer that any room that has children and teenagers have at least one adult in the room with them. A person must be 21 years old to rent a room.
Check In / Out Times: Normal check in time is 3:00 pm; Early check in may be possible if room available. No check ins allowed before 7:00 a.m. Check out is 12 Noon.
